You can return goods purchased if not satisfied for any reason within 7 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding delivery charges) provided goods are in their original undamaged packaging and are in new condition.

Please send an email to sales@deben.com quoting your order number and detailing your reason for return. We will respond to your email with return instructions and reference number. Goods delivered by Nature Gear remain your responsibility until received back by us, so we recommend using a recorded delivery method for your own piece of mind.

Returns must be received by Nature Gear within 10 days of receipt by the customer. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

How long will it take to receive a refund from returned products?
We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product as soon as it is received by us. This will usually reach that account within 7 working days. Timings will, however, depend on the speed with which your credit/debit card company process the credit.
