Delivery Information

UK Delivery
UK Orders are sent by either Royal Mail 1st Class Post, Special Delivery or Royal Mail's Parcelforce service. We select the lowest priced service available to you dependent on the value and weight of your order. You can change this delivery method by using the drop down menu on the basket page.

Royal Mail's Parcelforce service ensures* next working day delivery providing you place your order before 12 noon (although we endeavour to despatch orders made up to 2pm).

Delivery to Northern Ireland and Highlands / Islands of Scotland takes one day longer. You can specify Saturday delivery by using the drop down menu on the basket page.

Deliveries are made during the day so we recommend you supply a daytime delivery address (i.e. a work address) if you are not planning to be at home.

European & World Wide Delivery
Delivery is automatically calculated according to the weight and value of goods purchased. Please select items together with your location to view delivery charges. We generally deliver via GLS, DHL or air mail


Minimum postage and packing charge is £3.00
(not available for all items)

Standard UK delivery charge is £6.50
(mandatory for higher value or heavier items)

Our charge for Saturday delivery starts from £9.95
(available for all items)

What if I'm not in when you deliver?
Deliveries will usually be made on Mondays to Fridays between 9am and 5.30pm. If you or the intended recipient are not available, each time an attempt is made, our courier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. Follow the instructions on this card to rearrange delivery or to collect your products.

* 95.7% of our UK orders are delivered on time, with virtually all of the remainder delivered no more than one day late. In the unlikely event your delivery has not arrived by the 2nd working day after despatch please contact us at sales@deben.com quoting your order number and we will immediately investigate on your behalf.
